Each piece is issued as a numbered edition, made to order or held against a fixed allocation. Because acquisitions are one per person per style and cannot be resold or reassigned, the house does not accept returns for change of mind.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact the house within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, remake, or refund at our discretion. MESURE (custom measurement) and INITIALE (engraved) pieces are made to order and are only eligible for the defect remedy above.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned piece being received and inspected.
